- Membership

Why is membership required?

Membership is required to protect the contact information from abuse. It also helps to enhance your browse, search, contact, post experience with this website.
When you have a membership, you have some advantages over the non-registered visitors:
a) You can see the "hidden" contact information
b) You will see more businesses listed
c) You can post your offers on this website so other visitors and subscribers can know what you want to buy or sell
d) You can contact listed businesses using our online message system.

How to become a member

You just need register to become a basic member.
To become a premium member, you need first register as a basic member and order an membership upgrade. Once your membership fee is received, we will upgrade your membership to the Premium one.

Is membership free or fee-based?

The basic membership is free. No charges, No credit cards

The premium membership is fee-based and you need pay the membership fee to keep your account alive.

- Quota

What's the Quota?

Quota (credits) is a limit set to control
- how many hidden contact details (such as email, fax...) you can see
- how many offers you can post
- how many businesses you can contact using our message service

Whenever you explore the hidden contact details of a record (instead of each detail), or post an offer online, or send a message to a listed business using our message system (instead of sending email yourself), you consume one quota from your account.

When all your quota consumed, you are not allowed to take any of above actions until the quota recycled or you increase your quota by upgrading your membership or purchase more quota.

You may receive free quotas after a unspecified period of time since yours were consumered.

How to get quota?

When you register a membership, you get a limited "free" quota (3 or more).

When you upgrade to Premium membership, you get a much large fixed quota (200 or more)

You can always purchase additional quotas to your account by ordering more quotas, despite which kind of membership you have.

Premium members may have some discount when to purchase more quotas

Purchased quotas are applied to your current account for certain period, depends on the status of your membership and the quota plan you purchased.

What if I run out of quota?

You can upgrade to Premium membership to get more "free" quota (200 or more)

You can order more quota and apply them to your current account without paying the annual membership fee.

- Post Offers

How to post my offers?

You need have a membership to post offers.

Follow these steps to post your offer:
- Log into your account
- Visit the industry (category) suits your products/services/offers. You have to pick up a category to place your offer.
- Find and click the "post my offer" link that is usually located on the top-right corner of the current category page.
- Fill the form and submit it. Your offer will be reviewed by our Webmaster and post it when it's approved.

You can also post your "message" as an offer when you send feedback to listed businesses (offer posters) using our message system, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Find the businesses (or offers) you want to send you feedback.
- Find and click the "Contact this business" button that is usually located on the bottom of business profile.
- Fill the feedback form and Check the "Post as an public offer" option, then submit.

Make sure your feedback is suitable for a public offer; don't include the receiver's name inside.

How to modify/delete my offers

You need log into your account to modify or delete an offer.

Follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Click the "my offers" link from your account home page, you will see the list of all your offers (except those expired)

To delete an offer (offers), mark the checkboxes before its (their) subject and click "delete those offer" button. The "checked" offers will be deleted.

To temporarily disable an offer, mark its checkbox and click the "Take offline" button.

To modify an offer, click its subject to enter the offer modify page. If you modified the offer, the offer will be put "offline" until our Webmaster review and re-post it.

The system may delete all offers older than 6 months and after the offer "deleted", you won't be able to modify it.

- Message system

What's the message system?

Message system is used to forward your feedbacks to the listed business, other members and offer posters. The receiver of those messages can log into their account to check those feedbacks. The system also forwards those feedbacks directly to their receiver's email boxes.

You can see the "My Messages" on your account page to access the message system.

How to send feedbacks?

To contact a listed businesses or an offer's poster, you need a valid membership.

Follow these steps:

- Log into your account
- Visit the business's page or the offer's page, find and click the "Contact this business" button
- Fill the feedback form and submit it

All feedbacks are subject to reviewed by our webmaster before they can go to receiver's boxes. Inpropriate messages will be deleted without notice.

Cost of messaging

Each outgo message consume one of your quota so you can send out limited feedbacks in any certain period time. You can increase your quota by upgrading your membership or purchase more quota.

- Account Management

How to modify my profile

Log into your account and click the "Edit my profile" link. You can also change password here.

How to change my password?

Log into your account and click the "Edit my profile" link. Find the change "password" section, type and confirm new password and submit.

You are required to provide the current password to change it, for secure issues.

How to modify my email address

Email address is used for your account identity so it cannot be changed. You can register a new account with new email address.

If you have to replace the current email address, contact Webmaster for help.

How to delete my account?

To close your account, log into your account and click the "Close my account" link.

Membership information will be kept at least 6 months for accounting services even you want to close your account.

Your posted offers, feedbacks will be kept for a certain time before they are deleted. We are unable to delete offers, feedbacks already published on other media.
